Massive cashback offer from TopCashback for today only.

From the terms and conditions, it should work with the Motorola Razr 40 which is currently half price off RRP$999, potentially making it a very cheap $396 after cashback, 60% off.

It should also work with the Samsung Galaxy Buds FE which is currently half price for $99, making it only $79.20 after cashback. Do NOT use the price beat button as it can invalidate the cashback.

Free Uber delivery available for most items excluding bulky items on the Good Guys website, including the phone and earbuds mentioned above.

What will stop me from getting my cashback:

      I’ve used so many times and there is not an issue.

      One time it didn’t track the process to claim was easy.

      Just use their app with the inbuilt browser.

      i've only had a few not track, all with the same store - unlike others, lodging claims just requires order numbers - most have been resolved in 3-5 weeks, with cashback received - no minimum cash out

    Still waiting for $200 compare the market to track (been about 2 months since I submitted an inquiry - stuck at waiting for retailer to reply).
    My friends Specsavers also the same (about $30) also waiting for retailer to reply and it's been nearly 5 months since inquiry was submitted.

    TopCashback are a joke at this point.

        The last time I needes to submit an inquiry with shopback the cashback showed up within 2 weeks and was approved a few weeks later.
        That tells me TCB are potentially not doing something right with the inquiries.

        I'll be contacting compare the market directly next week if it doesn't track and ask them to follow it up followed by a complaint to fair trading for TCB.

        Good thing I have screen shots to prove everything

      Same issue with compare the market tracking. May not be a topcashback problem and could be with the merchant. These comparison websites are usually very terrible with tracking sadly.

    All the items on sale (red price) under search results revert to full price (black price) when you click or add to cart.

    Tested on a few phones and freezers.

    I used these guys when they ran the 10% capped at $100 a couple of months ago. The "price beat" price was better than what I would get back from Top cashback so I used that after going through the TCB site.
    I ended up paying about $680 for a dishwasher and cashback tracked at $78 (from memory) which I think was 10% of the original price. The cashback was confirmed a few weeks later. Then, a week or so ago the cashback amount changed to approx $93!
    I'm not saying using the "price beat" won't invalidate the claim, just that it didn't for me in this instance. Also, I have only used TCB twice and both times I got paid.

    just bear in mind TCB is very slow in approving their cashback. I signed up in late February because of the Boost promo cashback which is still pending, as well as the signup and referral bonus.

          I'm starting to think that TopCashback is just another econnex like operation.

          TopCashback is probably still burning through cash with no profits. Even shopback after so many years is still reporting huge losses.

    Great tempting deal. However As you can see decent number of fellow bargainers got same apprehension about website and its ability to track the cashback.
    I got cart ready with about $400 items, not feeling confident. If it does not track, what level of assitance can i expect from you?

        Do you recommend submitting a claim only after 7 days or can I do it if it has been 2 days? I think if it hasn't tracked within a day, I would assume it's not going to, is that fair to assume?

          It sometimes can take a little while for some transactions to be reported back to us by the retailers, so we advise to please wait for 7 days for this to track.

        @shayy7171 Hi there, so your cashback typically goes through 3 stages, the first is pending, when it has successfully tracked and we await the retailers to confirm it was a successful transaction. Once confirmed, they sort of give an estimated payable date, this is when we expect they would transfer us the funds, so we can pay you. Once funds have been transferred, it then moves to payable and at this point you can withdraw your cashback. The retailers usually need to wait and factor in the returns period for example, as this period will need to pass until you receive your cashback. Typically the entire cashback process can take up to 12 weeks - we keep you updated at each stage of the process.

          My advice is cancel that TGG order and be on the safe side.

          You will get nowhere with lodging a missing cashback claim. They seem to get ignored by TCB staff. Been there, done that.

    The inability to use gift cards somewhat dilute the value of the cashback. If one were to purchase in store, combining the $30 off $100 spend good guys voucher and paying with discounted gift cards (can be obtained at 10-15% off) may represent better value. But of course depending on whether you have spare gift cards lying around and the value of the purchase.
