I'm pretty sure it would be an IPS TFT at least. I can't imagine Samsung would use something worse like TN TFT.

Ohhh a G99 variant would have been perfect! Though my current iPlay 50 Mini has been excellent so far.

Both versions (poe and wifi) also support "12-24VAC 50/60Hz, DC 24V" So they can be retrofitted to some old door bell systems.
