Not sure if it is a pricing mistake or a new verison is coming out, but this is probably the lowest price for these wireless version of iconic headphones.

      I have the same. Honestly, upgrading for "better audio" is kinda silly, both will do that job well. My pads are worn out and the battery is not great anymore, that's more of the issue.

    I have a pair of these and love them! Did a lot of research and listening to different headsets before purchase and these sounds a lot cleaner, clearer and louder than other models. Use them for music and TV (connected to chromecast) without any noticeble delay.

    Overrated. 20 years ago these were good because there wasn't much competition, but today these are really cheap sounding.

    JB Hifi deleted the page. So, I am assuming it is a pricing mistake. I would suggest, whoever ordered C&C, collect them before they cancel the orders.

      I think they are just out of stock. Their “corporate partner” site also listed these at the same price yesterday and can’t find on there anymore

      i ordered them to be delivered and just got the notification in my Auspost app that JB have created the label for the parcel, so fingers crossed!

    These suck imo, they're famously uncomfortable on a lot of people's heads. definitely avoid if you have a remotely large head. Sound is tolerable but it has been lapped in this price category (or in general) in the many years since the M50 originally came out. Personally, I find the sub-bass unbearably muddy and the headphones overall quite tiring to listen to.

    Maybe with the bluetooth there aren't many options at this sale price but its hardly a steal imo, hold off and save your money for something more tolerable. Sony have some cheaper bluetooth over and on ear models in the same price range as this sale price, and you generally get a slightly worse version of the sound in their flagship 1000xm.

    The Sony WH-CH720 are also discounted to $180 at JB, and they're probably absolutely worth the extra cash.

    I’ve got the standard M50x - have had them since 2014 and always thought they sounded rubbish.

    Muddy with a shrill high end. Symbols on percussion especially sound awful, and they also have a very narrow soundstage.

    I literally took them apart just now to confirm if they are genuine, and they are.

    I’ve never EQ’d them, so I probably should try and find something that makes them sound good

    went into jb brighton tonight as was driving past on my way to elsewhere, was pair on the rack marked $349, asked for it be scanned, came up as $139 , bought them, moral of the story is if just passing by check stock, think 1 means might be display so store says 0 online.

    All up exactly 100

    Is it just me, or is anyone else unable to stop listening to these headphones in wired mode? The sound quality is incredible when wired. In my opinion, the closest wireless option to matching the wired sound quality is LDAC. I hope Audio-Technica releases a USB-C cable with microphone and remote functionality for these headphones.

    low volume —> enable stepping in connect app. then independent volume control. gets something like 20% higher volume.
