Battlefield 3: Premium Edition 4 PS3 or 360 $45.00 (down from $79.90) @ EBGAMES

24

Just picked up a copy of Battlefield 3: Premium Edition from EB for $45. Had just purchased 4000 ms points ($44.95) to buy Premium when I found this- not bad considering you get the game 4 free technically (if u already own it just sell your new spare copy minus the premium code). Just buying the BF3 Premium add-on via Xbox Live will set you back $50.
I had to ring two stores to locate a copy as they seem to be selling quick, so I'd hurry if interested.

      just did :(

    • $5 shipping will bring it to $44 anyway…..

  • I got it from JB for $34… even posted about it here!

    • Was that during a 20% off sale?.

      • Dunno, it was stickered at $34 - see my link / post below

        • Yeah i had a look at the pic of the receipt you got it during one of the sales. The normal price is $44 and notice it says promotion meaning on sale bringing it down to $34. It must have been some thing like 25% off console games promotion happening at the time.

  • I am well aware of what Battlefield 3 is, but I was wondering what exactly is special about "Premium Edition 4".

I think what he should be saying is Premium Edition FOR PS3 and Xbox 360.

Anyway - Premium Edition is basically the original game plus a serial code to make your account "Premium" giving you the ability to download all the DLCs for BF3 for no further charge.

here was my submitted bargain that day some more info there about the individual pricesc of DLCs and premium

In short - whether you buy this at $34 or $44 it's still cheaper than upgrading your original BF3 game to premium via MS points.

  • Is this worth buying for PS3 or Xbox, all my mates have it on pc as it should be imo. I have always been a COD player and never played Battlefield before, would it be too big of a disadvantage to start playing now with other people months and months ahead of you already?
