    • This has a high grade 18650 battery inside and if you open it up, and find otherwise, you get the money back!

    Hi Rep,

What is the AU approval number (C-Tick) for this 12000mAh one?

    What is the weight?

    Thanks.

Looks like the same product you posted in December last year.

And at the same price. So, where is the bargain I would ask the rep.

I see the Yoobao 11,200mAh Portable Power can be found for $24 delivered on eBay. Of course without the required Safety Certification/Approval.

    • This has high grade battery inside, is guarenteed to delivery what is said in the website. Buy it and try it, otherwise return and get your money back and keep the product also!

        Yes, you said that before.

I asked about the Australian Approval Number, and the weight.

  • Try ebay. Seller from hongkong or china a lot more cheaper

    • The delivery is not guarenteed and the quality is not assured when you try those sellers. Why not try a company which sells quality products and provides consumer satisfaction?

Note to rep: if you copy-paste your response multiple times in a thread while avoiding answering questions raised it makes you look incredibly dodgy.

Rep, I understand that a legal product - one that has been tested and is certified under Australian Standards - could cost more than similar looking products that may be unsafe and dangerous to use in Australia.

However, you have studiously avoided answering my question regarding the safety and 'legality' of this item you are offering.

What is your approval number? If these devices you are selling are not certified under Australia's C-Tick/SAA legislation you should not be selling them - certainly there would be no excuse for your $59 price.

If they do carry a C-Tick logo, and approval number, this is a 'bargain'. If not, it is not a bargain at all.

    • Our products have FCC, CE and RoHS authentication, which are internationally recognised. Each order is shipped individually to our customers in Australia. We will obtain SAA legislation once we start warehousing our products in Australia and ship from there.

Ah, no. Australia requires different standards.

Each order is shipped individually to our customers in Australia. We will obtain SAA legislation (sic) once we start warehousing our products in Australia and ship from there.

        Your website states:-

        POWER CREATECH – SHEPPARTON
        1/18 Dunlop Street
        Shepparton
        VIC, Australia 3630
        Phone: (04) 2201 7214

The last time you posted this item you stated:-

"The product is sold or has been sold at 169 AUD at our physical stores during non promotion periods."

        and

"This company is legally registered and operates in accordance to the law. If further information is needed, please contact us via email and we will provide a copy of our business profile (with all licence licence (sic) related matters). Thank you."

As your product has no Electrical Safety Approval for sale and/or supply in Australia - it is NOT A BARGAIN.

The same item (without certification/approval) is available from other suppliers at much better prices.

Therefore, I am now giving a NEG vote on this non-bargain.

  • "Long lasting:

Retains more than 80% capacity even after 500 charge-discharge cycles
500 cycles = 10 years of daily charging"

Can someone explain the maths behind this?

    • +1

Although the seller does come across as dodgy, I will give him the benefit of the doubt on this claim, as it would be freakin hard for a phone (for example) to go through 12,000mAh in a day! So a "cycle", even on daily charging, would be more like 5 or 6 days … hence he came to 10 years via some maths along those lines. Seems shonky at first glance, but I think I get what they mean.

That said, and even though I'm in the market … think I will give this deal a miss ;)

      • Thank you for the explanation.
