Nice work with the postcodes OP. Nice work indeed!

    • yep, + from me for the groundwork on this

  • I wish they'd let you prepay. I want to buy it as a gift.

  • I saw a heap of these at the Garden City/Booragoon DSE and yesterday at the Cannington DSE. I am no longer confident with the on store click and collect system, I saw Cannington had 1x Mario Land 3d for 3DS and when I got there, they had mine held aside and another 4 on the shelf.

  • anyone got any idea what the resolution/picture quality is like on these? im thinking about getting a couple for gardencams but cant find any info online anywhere

    • I'd put money on 300k

    Traralgon, near postcode 7000?
Hmm, I suppose South Eastern Victoria is kind of close to Tassie.
(Only 896 Klms by car and boat.)

    • this, and does anyone know how good the mic is? I want to use this for voice recongnition

  • What is the quality like?

  • This may seem like an odd point but I would not purchase this item due to the risks of the younger generation and technology like this.

I understand laptops, camera's and other device have cameras. But promoting an item that's so appealing to the younger generation can come with significant cyber risks. Be cautious with these types of products.

    • I'd be more worried about finding embarrassing videos the little runts recorded of me winding up on social networks I've never heard of!

    • while i tend to agree with you… is it safe to leave your under age child use the internet unattended in the first place? simply taking away technology (a web cam) isnt going to make up for shitty parenting in the first place…..

      vid related http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=d52_1189716374

      • I was ment to add that point in there, some parents are different. Some don't necessarily understand the technology, the risk and in-between. But just a point to consider.

  • picked up my barbie and ben10 webcams today. just bee playin around with them and they are quite good quality regardless of being only $3 odd. my gardencam setup is yet another step closer :) thanks OP

    • Looking forward to your garden's URL
