  try some vpn to fake ur ip address but care that steam may ban u due to purchasing games from invalid area

  I've never had any such problem buying Steam games from Nuuvem. No VPN needed and Steam hasn't given me any hassles with keys. I've used both Firefox and Chrome browsers to purchase items.
  
  Bad request may indicate a problem with your browser configuration or your connection. Try a different browser (or trustworthy computer).
  
  Make sure your profile is reasonably well filled out as that could prevent you from purchasing.
  
  In XCOM's case I've bought a key from Nuuvem, added the game to Steam, downloaded, installed and played the game with no issues.
