Did some quick research, I assume this keyboard model is Base MK-939 and comes with a MIDI port. From the sounds of it though, the implementation might not be up to scratch.

    • I think if you are the kind of person who knows what midi is and needs it, you would get a keyboard with better feel.

  • There's a BASE 54 keys electric keyboard for $29.88 at Target Melbourne City.

I don't know what model number it is, but it's got some ugly colours on it.

    Great for first timers though.

  • I bought it yesterday for my kid to play with, is it normal for it to make a little bit high freq sound after turned on?

    • On a keyboard that cost $60… yes…

      • I know it is cheap you don't need to say that.

Do they normally have fan inside the keyboard? I am just wondering is it from the fan if any?

        • I don't think a low power (but not necessarily low noise) toy like this needs a fan. Just the way it is I think. Or maybe a dud.
