HP Envy DV7-7205TX is now available at $1299 at MSY. Officeworks is currently selling them for $1679 so can go for a price match and get it for $1235 which I believe is a good price for this 17.3 inches i7 full HD display laptop.

Ssd is too small to even consider. Sry but deal breaker.
Forget haswell. It won't be till July it's out and in ultra book by Xmas. Prices won't lower till new year. U wona b waiting for 9 months for a10% improvement that ur never gona use perhaps 1% if that in its life time ? Not smart. If u font need 1 then don't buy.
Is the 32GB SSD is for caching? IIRC, Intel recommends between 16GB and 64GB for caching so this should be fine for that purpose. While caching isn't quite as good as pure SSD it is arguably more convenient than manually dividing things between the SSD and the HDD.
Hp laptops burn up like crazy, I have the dv7 6011tx and the entire inside has been burnt from just a little bit of gaming, pay a bit more and get an asus.
