  We had very limited stocks as seen in the description and we had more request than we had in stocks, so the game is out of stocks now.

    shouldn't you adjust your store to reflect this and say something like 'temporarily out of stock' or 'back ordered' instead of saying 'in stock' only to have people frustrated at check out ?
