I think I bought one for about $6 USD a few months back (bought two pens then, just to stock up) - they're really good for removing stains. I got red wine out of a white shirt with this once.
Although I dont know if I'll be buying 10 pens lol (even if its in the name of a bargain)
You can get these @Costco at a similar price I think. Can't confirm though as there isn't one in QLD.
I have a few, works quite well.mm.. love the jam donut stain on the cops uniform, the blood on the nurse's uniform and the ?X? stain on the models shoulder.

Whilst I can't comment on whether a bargain or not, I can confirm these pens are awesome. A yank friend/colleague of mine brought some over a while back and they are great at getting rid of almost all stains. Since I recently ran out I reckon I will take up this offer.
