  Hi rep, two things.

  1. Why the dollar sign after the number?

  2. In your returns and exchanges section you say "We reserve the right to reject your claim if the product has been worn, washed or used by any means". I believe this to be illegal/unlawful under the Australian Consumer Law. If I (or my child) wears the item, I wash it, and it falls apart, I am entitled to a refund/exchange. There are no two ways about it.

  Negging due to potentially illegal claims.

    Thanks for your comment.Appreciate your feedback.

    1. Mistype sorry. I put the post up very late at night that is probably the reason.
    2. If our product is not fit for purpose (if it is faulty) and falling apart after the first use we would definitely exchange it. This rule overrides everything else. That is why our T&C says " we reserve the right to reject" but not " We will reject". I still have to look into wording though. It might be confusing.
