So a $150 markup? Long live the great Aussie price gouging on all things related to technology.

    • Well looking at the GTX Titan, the price was to be expected… and that price along with the performance of the GTX 780, i'd happily pay $800 for this card as it has way more bang for your buck relative to the GTX Titan (roughly 40% more in price, but only ~5% difference in performance).

Nevertheless, the aussie price mark up does suck… I was hoping this card would be round 600 - 750 in aud… shame, might wait til the Gigabyte WF 3 SKU comes out before thinking of getting it.

I'm pretty sure this will be standard price accross the board in Australia (ie. : TOO EXPENSIVE - seriously, the US gets it for $650 don't they?)

I'm a believer in waiting for the second wave of cards with factory overclocks and custom coolers.
