    I saw these Fridays at a different Coles in SA.

    All 3 flavours were available (coffee, chocolate and vanilla)

    Not sure how you define healthy, but 'oats express' contains no oats, just oat fibre at a minimum of 1.25% for a 250ml pack (ie about 3g), plus almost 5 teaspoons of sugar and 3 teaspoons of salt in each pack as well! I am not sure that any of these processed liquid breakfast foods can be classified as a 'healthy option' ….

  I loaded up on these this arvo, four 3 packs. Problem is I'm used to Up n Go flavours and I saw brown and assumed chocolate. Not so; found they were coffee when I got home and drank one. Fortunately Coles let me exchange them.

  I like them, however I've only had a couple and I can tell they're going to have the same problem as Up n Go; after a few days drinking them they're going to taste more and more sugary. But then for 66 cents each who cares!
