This is an instruction manual on how to improvise on guitar so that it sounds like you know what you are doing. Each chapter covers a technique that after reading should take about seven minutes to learn. It may take some extra practice to become fluid in performance.

This is not jazz guitar improvisation, nor is it lead guitar improvisation, but more about guitar solo improvisation, not dependent on other musicians.
