  • -7

Crazy price, ordered a spare :)

      • +6

LOL inability to understand why they're being negged. I got one last night. I could afford 10 and give them away as christmas presents, but realised that's just me trying to rationalise being a douchebag.

        • -1

oh well, for $3.86 im willing to accept the negs but it would be nice for the people who neg our comments to identify themselves

        • the mods dont want people having personal attacks at each other over, which would be inevitable in situations like this if you couldn't neg in secret

        • by the same token positve votes should also be hidden

  • gonna get 1 or two tomorrow D:<

    • +4

Order now or you'll miss out.

      • +9

        darnit, i missed out haha

First rule of Ozbargain is …. Buy now, think later

The good thing about Target is that they send you a paid return label in the package to return the item for free if you change your mind.

So now i just buy and if i don't like it, i just return it

        • this isnt the first few times it has happened lately =\

          GAH

        • Second rule of Ozbargain is …. Buy now, think later

Wow, nice find tanweiturk. Let's see how long it takes to grill out Target's stock!

    • +1

3 minutes… that didn't take long. The midnight Ozbargainers strike again!

    • +1

Think it's more likely to do with their latest clearances…

Been picking up so many things posted on here from Target for some ridiculous prices. They seem to be trying to get rid of anything they don't stock anymore for bottom prices.

      • This news pleases me :)

        • +1

Was quite happy to pick up my little brothers BMX a few weeks back for 20 bucks :P

The guy at the layby desk was kind of amazed at the size of the box for the price I paid…

        • $20 bike? Now that's a bargain.

        • -1

They aren't supposed to layby clearance items, so you had a double-score.

        • +2

I don't think he layby but that's where you go for instore pickups.

  • +4

Just got another one to Donate to work for the Tea Room

  • Thanks! Ordered 2 for pickup at Broadway Target

  • -7

Bought 4 as well! Paid with PayPal!

    • -4

ooh look out, the butthurt ones who missed the bargain are unleashing their meaningless negative votes on those of us who bought more than one!! I'm gonna lose so much sleep tonight over their scorn… Said no one ever.

      • They're also up voting the deal after its expired…

      • I'm gonna lose so much sleep tonight over their scorn

this is why your still awake with us night owls

      • I know; what a bunch of sooks. I missed out as well but I'm not crying about it. Maybe they should join a professional crybaby club like a union or something.

        • Well actually, no. They're on Ozbargain. "Professionals" remember? ;)

  • Ok so I bought one. Ozbargain what are you doing to me? So cheap…

  • Got one for the office, not sure what we're gonna do with it but hey.. $3.86 who's complaining.

    • +4

I enjoy having breakfast in bed. I like waking up to the smell of bacon- sue me- and since I don''t have a butler, I have to do it myself. So most nights before I go to bed I will lay six strips of bacon out on my George Foreman Grill. Then I go to sleep. When I wake up, I plug in the grill. I go back to sleep again. Then I wake up to the smell of crackling bacon. It is delicious. It's good for me. It's the perfect way to start the day.

      • +4

Thats all fine, until your foot get clamped in the grill and you need a work colleague to come to your house to pick you up for work….

        Damnit Michael!

        • Came here just to see if someone made that joke yet :p

I accepted that, then was told again that stock levels had been adjusted and there was none left.

    • +3

Was sold out by the time I looked. Is this something like a sandwich press? Looks like one but features and stuff don't actually say what you can use it for.

    • i was wondering myself thats why i delayed purchasing it =\

    • perfect for grilling your foot - michael scott

    • Grilling meat

    • +10

You must have your head firmly under a rock for past decade if you haven't heard of a George Foreman grill.

      • HAHA I was wondering if a comment like that would come up.

But no seriously I haven't heard of it… am I excused for being young and naive and not being at the age where I've had to really notice innocuous household stuff like this? LOL

        • +1

Eh it's an electric grill it's supposed to be a time saver device but I find cooking in a pan and cleaning a pan to be faster and tastier.
Really only a good device if you've never had one before to try.

        • My George Foreman has never had a thorough clean. At most it gets a scrape after use and occasionaly the fat try gets a wash.

        • I used to love my George Foreman grill(s) before the removeable grill plate models came along.

Now I've abandoned them for the aforementioned improvement mentioned above - from Breville.

Also, I dunno if it's this La Nina constant rain and humidity but both my G Foremans are now ruined by mold >:-( [had to throw them out]. Has never happened during the [relatively] dry years.

    • +9

Most Ozbargainers have learnt not to wonder what something is before hitting the buy button.

      • +1

Nah not this time it was sold out anyway but certainly I agree ;)

    • +2

I love toasted sandwiches in it - the grill shape pressed into them somehow makes toasted ham and cheese sandwiches taste better, and it's very quick.

  • oh bother.

  • -3

    Probably another pricing error.. haha.

Too many of those lately that its starting to get depressing!

  • Anyone willing to trade one of their extras for a gingerbread man maker that I got from target for $2.86?? :P

  • I WIN!

  • DAMN. I bought the large one and have been told that I needed to buy a compact one. Oh well looks like I'll be spending $50+

    • Willing to sell? lol

  • +3

finally! a george foreskin grill to call my own!
