It does it has a full HD twin tuner. You can record two programs at once in full HD. Then you can record the programs to disc or transfer to an external HDD.

They don't put a HDD inside these for no reason. It has twin TV tuners.
The post says nothing about it having any TV tuners inside. In that case it is ok.
I could build you a PC for $300 that does this and more.

I'm sure pandabargain won't reply. just another smack talking, OZber who thinks they know better. even if they did built it for 300 it would suck more power, be 3x as large, more noisey and sloppy integration. thanks for posting.

It was actually $559.20 the other day when they had a 20% off 1 day sale. But they took the 20% off the internet price $699 and not the catalogue price of $599. Incidentally, the catalogue states it's also available online but they have yet to correct their online prices.
