Hitman Absolution Deluxe Professional Edition for PS3 $42.99 Delivered at OzGameShop

60

I was just checking the Recent Price Drop list and found this, cheaper than at Electronics Boutique when on sale, however they never have it instock online. Nice price for a collector's edition such as this.

Hitman Absolution: Deluxe Professional Edition Includes:

*Collectable Agent 47 exclusive 10" vinyl statue in a special window presentation box
*Premium hardcover art book with a foreword from Game Director Tore Blystad
*Exclusive behind-the-scenes "making of" video
*Packaged in a clamshell box box that looks as sharp as Agent 47 does in his suit
*Advanced access to a range of in-game Agency Weapons, giving the Original Assassin a deadly edge over his enemies from the outset. The Agency Jagd P22G pistol will suit the silent assassins, whilst the Agency HX UMP SMG and the Agency SPS 12 semi-automatic shotgun will give Agent 47 the power to fight his foes head on.

They also have it on PC for $39.99, which isn't too bad either:

  • How much is the DLC usually worth?
    Game is about $20.

    • The 3 extra weapons you get are worth roughly $1 each on the SEN I believe, however this is the 'Deluxe' Professional edition, the main focus being on the 10" vinyl figure, the hardcover art book, making of dvd and the special box it all comes in, all being physical items not able to be bought from the SEN.

I'm pretty sure the Pro Edition (no doll) is about $24 delivered.

There, you need not pay $20 for the doll. Comes with art book and DLC.

        • I stand corrected! Thanks for that. Personally the art book and the doll are what I was after since I have the game already, and as far as I know this is the only way to get the doll.

        • You are correct sir ;)

The art book is pretty good by the way, hard backed and nice content.

        • Thanks, just got the pro edition.

        • Thanks. Got the Pro edition :)

    Electronics Boutique

Haven't heard someone call EBGames this in a long time. Sounds strange, just like when my parents call KFC by its full name.

    • +2

I refuse to call them EBGames, since they are still technically Electronics Boutique, just trading as EBGames, and I ain't no slack jawed yokel who doesn't know what an electronics boutique is, dumbing down their name was not cool in my eyes. People these days wont even question what the EB in EBGames stands for, they just accept it and think it's groovy :(

EBGames or Electronics Boutique as the OP preffered, has this collector's for $44 on PC, I didn't buy it as it looks like it was a used game as the box has been opened and fingerprints everywhere on the vinyl. $39.99 is cheaper, however note that the box is huge, about the same size as Assassin's Creed 3 Freedom edition that comes with Connor statue.

    • I had a similar experience with the Velvet Game of the Year edition for Two Worlds II, I had to go to 2 stores to get all of the content (one store had the game and the box, but the other store had the map and everything else for some reason) condition wasn't great either sadly :(

  • I have this on 360 and the classification on the cover is EU so there is no point in not buying where it's cheapest

  • got this from fishpond for $10, nice item but $42 is too expensive

    • The "Hitman Absolution Deluxe Professional Edition" or the "Hitman Absolution Professional Edition" (the are different, see above), it was only the Professional Edition that was around $12 from that last deal if that's what you are referring to?

      • Yeah $11.86

    • Wow $10 from fishpond, that cheap!!
You should have posted it on OzB :)

      • It was posted. And it was $11.86, I found it and a mate posted it.

  • this game is still free if you have PSN Plus. i can't remember if any of the dlc was included though…..

  • I just picked up the PC version for $29.99! what a bargain :)
