Last tine I bought a jacket and their size guide is definitely wrong.

Their sizes are similar to the ones at Rivers. So if you want to try them before buying, go to Rivers store and try it there.
I returned a jacket to get a smaller size too, but the jeans and jumpers were spot on. I think the jackets are just an anomaly.

Also the sherpa hoodies have that terrible plastic inside of the sleeves, doesn't let the skin breath well so gets sweaty. Not the nice fluffy wool you see in the hood. Very disappointing when I ordered last time.
