Just bought 2 boxes from my local store

What is your local store? A markdown due to short shelf-life will be store specific.

I reckon Auburn or Taren Point…

    • Sorry guys, title updated to include location. I posted the deal from my phone while shopping…

  • wow, can you finish 60 cans in 2 weeks?

if by "you" you mean myself the answer is no, but if "you" includes my family plus an upcoming birthday party this weekend, then i don't think there will be many left by next Monday ;)

  • Have you tried one yet?
do a taste test as i have had a couple of cans from our local footy club of just out of date cans of coke zero and they tasted "very different".

Hopefully they are ok or just give them to the mother inlaw at your party…..

I found some old cans with Best Before Dec 2011 on them the other day. I opened one, it was fizzy but it tasted… not quite right. This stuff is definitely best drank before its best before date.

tried one, tastes normal=good. Unfortunately(for your scenario) i live with my mother-in-law :D

Not sure this is a deal. $18 for 30 cans is the usual "special" price at woolies / coles. $3 less for cans that are about to expire is no deal in my opinion AND for those asking, out of date Zero tastes like crap!

Box Hill VIC Big W often sells soft drinks close to expiry. 24 pack of Pepsi goes for $7 and 30 pack of Coke $12. They are usually at the front of the store.

$15 for a box or 50c/can is IMHO one of the best deals ever for NOT EXPIRED coke zero cans(+ they taste just as good as the "fresh batch" cans, tested myself). If you(or any other member) ever find a 30 pack of Coke for $12 please do me a favor and post it here, i will be happy to buy some!

  • and all this time ive never looked at the expiry date on the cans we buy, they go quick however which is why its never crossed my mind if its old stock etc.

gotta change my shopping habits and look out for these things.
