Why do they try promote paypal? doesn't it cost them to use it?
Even if it's a cost, it still generates business.
PayPal actually pays for the promotion.
Store generates sales and doesn't have to pay for the promotion, PayPal gets the transaction and brand awareness.

as suggested above add a bottle of the cheapest wine =free shipping for whole order. Mine order went through no problems. 2 1/2 slabs and a bottle of wine
