  Dunno what it is with carrots from Aldi but they always go black after about a week in my crisper whereas carrots from the fruit and veg place last much longer, up to around 3 weeks.

    If they are going black after a week then something is seriously wrong.

    I would let Aldi head office know as that shouldn't happen.

    sounds like Aldi is forgetting to irradiate them, or forgetting to treat them with the super-preservatives. :)

  The fruit and veg at my local Aldi is disgusting, the fruit is already going off in the shop most times and they are asking a slightly lower or similar to price to woolies/coles across the road.Tthe fruit and vegis always fresher and better at woolies/coles than Aldi

    The Germans bought this cover story for radar during WWII. Now it looks like Aldi is trying to put this one over us. :)
