it seems pretty clear that you problem is with archaic technology, not actually this company — perhaps overdue that you take your fax machine and store it with the telegraph machine and the pneumatic tubes.

Some of us 'normal' people like getting SALE faxes so we know when sales and events are on…….cant believe losers like you complain about everything…oh no i got a fax…..

What a scungy bunch of marketeers this company has working for them. We've been getting LOTS of spam faxes advertising their damn sale and in this electronic/digital age faxes are… for us… a real pain in the butt because we get the call, have to walk through to another area of our business, and then manually turn on our old fax machine… just to find their crap.
But unfortunately this company doesn't seem to have the guts to actually put any contact details on their faxes so we can't ask that they stop faxing us and wasting our time. There IS an opt out website… but I've opted out eight times and still get their crap.
I tracked them down to some dodgy outfit called Global Rags with a website that doesn't work… outlets that don't seem to exist and phone numbers that are either disconnected or constantly engaged. Bastards!
Also… the faxes have the message across the bottom… "This broadcast has been brought to you by active community announcements…"
Has anyone heard of these people? Do you have contact details? If so please provide them so I can have a "word" with them.
