        Still awesome value

The Ikea one looks much nicer and obviously more stable than the wooden one in my opinion. Good job debargaine, your name suits very well.

      OP's post has been OZ - debargain'ed.

        I think you mean - OP's post has been…

I wouldn't touch anything from that store with a ten foot pole, but Fantastic Furniture have one for $179.

    Hard Plantation Pine Timber

Pine is a softwood, so it is difficult for it to be hard. Maybe the plantation it comes from is hard to find? (ie a rainforest)

For a timber bunk bed, it is a good price - I researched for one last year for one and they cost more than this. The OP should state clearer though that it is timber colour and not white as per the photo (misleading).

Some places postage is more than the bed, so unless you were in Sydney and can pick up, probably better to go to your local timber furniture shops (eg Perth is $275 shipping).

  • OP, are you affiliated with this store? E.G. doing their SEO work / website stuff?

  • Everything about this website / deal screams it being dodgy.
Even the pictures have been ripped from else where online

I have a feeling the picture is faked. Look like the bed is copied from somewhere else then pasted into the room background with photoshop. (Look at the legs and you'll see)

Money is better spent at ikea or fantastic furniture i think.

It's not fake - you can see from this image here

They put some sporting goods in that one to show that is in fact real.

Just want to say that I +ed you and that I know you are using sarcasm (some may not see that).

  • I don't exactly know why, but this new member/poster has a 'smell' about them, and I don't like people who can't spell "bargain".

Anyway, my real reasons for voting are, not the 'cheapest' (lowest cost), and delivery ruins any 'bargain'/savings there may have been.

In the linked page description says "not as pictured". Why on earth wouldn't you put a real photo of what you are selling ?? Are people meant to buy based on what they imagine the bed to look like ?

  • Try go to the link and read the title there: "SINGLE CHUNKY / COSMOS (MODEL 18-1-14-3-8) BUNK - OREGON (NOT AS PICTURED)". Dodgy.
