You'll get more views if you mention that it's Aus stock in the title :)

Price match at OW and purchase made with paywave for extra savings. :D

    • +1

I'm waiting for my ING paywave to come. Then i might try and claim the gst back when i go overseas. Hope the deal doesnt end by the time i get the paywave debit card

      • -4

        Maximum efficiency :)
        For those interested
        OW Pricematch 95% off (5% pricebeat?) x 95% (5% off from INGPaywave/Giftcards) x 90% (10% GST Refund via TRS) = 81.225% of the price you're pricematching.

        • +2

Your maths is a bit off.

        • Ah yeah, woops.

$100 basis price (Competitor, scaled up later)
$95 on the receipt (5% OW Pricebeat)
          5% rebate = $90.25 paid thru ING
          $95/110% = $86.36 GST-deducted price [based on receipt of $95]
          $95 - $86.36 = $8.636 GST Paid(Claimable via TRS)
          $90.25 - $8.636 = $81.864

          i.e. 81.864% of Competitor's price, $709 x 81.864% = $580.42
Correct now? Or am I still missing some stuff? D:
Thanks cameron_les for pointing it out :)

        • +1

          All good except that $90.25 - $8.636 = $81.61, lol

        • Eugh, more rookie errors on my part haha

BRAND NEW SAMSUNG GALAXY SIV S4 GT-I9505 4G LTE 16GB WHITE FROST FULLY UNLOCKED Australia Stock 2 Years Samsung Australian Warranty

    FREE STANDARD SHIPPING

  • If you can get it price matched at office works, its a good price!

  • +4

no white S4 stock @ OW

    • Correct. Don't bother asking for a price match.

  • What about black version? I myself is not very "manly" and holding a white phone makes me even more feminine …

And when would your deal ends please?

  • has anyone ACTUALLY bought from itglobalsale before?

cause just by looking at their website, it seems dodgy as hell.
at the bottom of the page, its a template dated back to 2010.
at the top, apparently im very fluent in french and german cause i can read them both perfectly, like my mind is auto translating for me o_O

their support number is to a mobile number.

also alot of their links near the bottom just direct you back to the home page.

    • Who cares? Just buy it from OfficeWorks. Just use the page to price match.

  • Im still more inclined to purchase from ITglobal using 20 degrees Mastercard

The drop in price in 6 months will be greater with ITglobal, than with OW

    • Is this like a new and improved version of the 28 degrees Mastercard? :)
I've never heard or seen the 20 degrees card.

      • LOL…..should be more of a step down

        damn Mondays and stiff fingers

        • Haha Monday Blues.. :P
          Sorry I couldn't resist!

  • How about;
    http://www.shoppingsquare.com.au/p_406677_Samsung_Galaxy_S4_…
    $599 + Delivery

    Will it be cheaper?

    • Well firstly, shipping is $39 for me.
      That makes it ~$640.

Secondly, it doesn't mention that it's Aus Stock - which automatically disqualifies it from price-match deals.

So you're going to be paying ~$640 for a grey import.

Cheaper sure, but for a different product.

      • I see……

    • 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty# via Seller in Australia

For Digital Camera (and Lens), Video Camcorder or Mobile Phone orders - the items will be shipped directly from Overseas Supplier by Fedex, DHL or EMS. It take 3-7 working days (plus Handling Time) to arrive Australia wide.

In other words, it's a grey import. Kogan has grey imports for cheaper.

Please stop saying Price Match at Office Works because its pure time wasting when OW now only do it on one for one offers.. (Eg. colour, warranty accessories and postage must be thr same and NO COUPONS to be added to offer eg. mobicity one) Already wasted 2hrs in last week trying at 2 stores. They will not do it because stock is white colour. Even if you call the OW business line and they said yes they still refer you to a store to re-price match. Already tried the Collins st and Elizabeth st ones in Melbourne. They can however price match the black one but that is more expensive on ITSGLOBALSALE.

    • just called a few OW stores the rep said that they don't sell the white S4, looked on their site and only black aswell.

    • I went to OW today to price match the SIII against dick smith - retail assistant had to ask the manager, manager had to look it up, then call head office…. eventually agreed (20 mins later)

good luck if anyone can get them to price match against this….

  • very tempting since i have a 28deg card.
wonder if price drops will go below 500$ .

    • sure it will, probably around the time S5 is released.

    • Wait until the new i9505 LTE-advance out next month, price will fall below $650 Au stock.

      (quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor 2.3GHz)

S4 is nice smart phone and heating pad, still too expensive for a plastic build phone…

  • Isn't price match at Office Works, JB Hi-Fi, etc. a given? I mean we all know they do price matches and also that sometimes it works some times not depending on many varying factors including store, employee, time and date

Not sure why it is even mentioned yet it always is

  • +1

I am waiting to see if any one has been successful in pirce matching with OW

  • -2
    • Erm maybe if you read the thread you'll realise that the original deal is for Aus Stock and not grey imports like the ones that Kogan are selling.

Ordered the s4 from itglobal wednesday nite. Got email same night confirming it is delivered through fastway with tracking. Fone turned up thursday sealed aussie stock. Impressed with itglobal despite their dodgy looking website!

    • Sorry this is off-topic, but I am unable to pm you directly. You mentioned you bought a Nokia 920 from vaya from their deal. Just wondering what colour they sent you and if there was a GST invoice?

      • +1

        Yup and yup

Black colour, unlocked with GST invoice
