  • Thanks, this seems like a good deal with the $25 off:

Any other tricks to get the price down at Masters?

    • Doesn't look like that has the auto dry sensor. I'd give it a miss.

Use wish gift cards from entertainment book for extra 5%

      • Agreed, my wife and I always buy Wish cards from RACWA and get them for 5% off, then go instore and ask them to price match someone else first (For a big purchase), then buy with the 5% off cards. I don't think you get price match with Masters online order, only instore.
Though they do offer 30 day price promise.

      • How important is auto sensing? I don't plan to use the dryer much. I'm cheap when it comes to electricity.

        • well it's good future proofing. if you overdry your clothes you can ruin them e.g. shrink, brittle, wear etc.

it's good to set and forget

Doesn't appear to have VIC as an option in drop-down?

    • Load the desktop website. Victoria seems missing from the mobile version.

Thanks OP! I spent $140.00 over the weekend getting some light fittings and globes but nevertheless I need more from Masters in coming months and with a longish expiry date, I will get some Wish Gift Cards and used my discount code. Thanks OP !

  • Thanks OP. Hope this can be stacked on top of those buy 1 get 1 free light bulb crap :)

  • Does $120 include shipping?

  • I've never registered before but keep getting "ERROR This email address is already subscribed with us." Clearly a problem at masters end as this is a new email address.

    • Same thing here. Sent an email to the address posted on this thread. Wait for a response

Code "EOFYS25" or "eofys25" (not sure it's case sensitive) is a generic code that should work for everyone.

  • Can this only be redeemed online? Can I use this instore?
Does online have the same products and prices as instore?

    • Anwered my own question when I went to the site.
      Online Only.

and buy 2 of these for $66 each - $25 = $53 and you're ready for the zombie apocolypse.

  • Has anyone received any orders for the 2 for 1 light bulbs?

I ordered 5 and got 5. I've opened a case with masters, Just wondering if the same has happened to others?

  • Tried two unique e-mail accounts
    ERROR
This email address is already subscribed with us.

  • how long does it take for them to email? just registered successfully but no email code yet.

    • Hi huntress_love,

If you used the subscribe link at the bottom of the website, the email with the code is on a delay. You should have received it around 30 minutes after you subscribed. Could you please email us at [email protected] if that's not the case?

  • Thanks OP. Got my voucher a few hours ago :)

  • Anyone ever ordered paint online but pickup from the store,How do you select a colour

    • Hi ethan16,

At the moment we only sell the white paint online for Click & Collect, but if you know what colour you were after, our customer service centre can help arrange the colour so that it's ready for you to pick up. You can reach them on 1300 337 707.

Of course, we definitely wouldn't recommend selecting colours online, so make sure you've brought the swatches home to check how they appear in your lighting and environment. We also recommend that you always buy a sample pot and paint a large area to see the final effect in your home.

      Good luck!

  • Hi everyone,

We've looked into the email issues and it appears you need to subscribe before registering! So, here's the process:

    1. Subscribe using this link http://www.masters.com.au/masters/account/event_subscription…

You will then receive an email entitled "Here is $25 off on your first online purchase" which will include the promo code you need to enter during the checkout process (note, it's good for 3 months). If you subscribed via the link at the bottom of the website, your email will come through after around 30 minutes.

    1. Then register (using the email address you subscribed with) via this link https://www.masters.com.au/masters/account/registration.jsp

To confirm you are registered, look at the top of the page where you'll see either a prompt to sign in or register (not signed in / registered) or "hello <your name>", which means you're registered and signed in!

    1. Shop!

Just make sure you're registered and signed in when you shop so that the promo code will work - enter it in the Special Promotions code box.

      I still can't get past Step 1.
Actually its been the same steps Ive been trying from the start.

      • +1

        They're all Step 1. ;)

    • Still doesn't work.

    • Must be IP. The same email address that was showing as a "error already subscribed", worked fine when I entered it using my mobile.

      • Ok got around it by switching to Firefox, must have cached something.
However I think I made a mess of it by regisitering before subscribing.
Am I still able to get the voucher by registering before subscribing.

    • +1

y would some one neg a clarification.

    • Clicking the Subscribe link: http://www.masters.com.au/masters/account/event_subscription…

redirects to the home page: http://www.masters.com.au/masters/home.jsp

      Using Firefox 18.0.1

  • got the email.. but now when i try to register.. the moment i fill all the details and click submit, it brings back the same form with all the fields cleared.. doesn't give me any mess as to what is wrong… when i try to login, it doesn't allow me

  • +1

Ok, Im giving up on this, its not worth the hassle for spending over $120.

After all the hassles of trying to register and subcribe or subscribe and register. Ive managed to subscribe with 2 separate email address and havent recieved any emails with this details "You will then receive an email entitled "Here is $25 off on your first online purchase".

Gone through support and twice recieved the same generic crap postered above by the rep. Great when it works, but not working for a lot of people here.

  • Whats going on with the registration not working ? I'm in the same boat as coolhead and cant sign in after registering ? Can we get a Rep onto this please.

  • Tried it with 4 different email addresses from 3 different machines using IE, Chrome and Firefox and keep getting already subscribed message.

Like many others I give up, Bunnings this weekend for me!

    • And now you have 4 different emails being SPAMMED from masters… I unfortuanlty have 2.

      • It's not spam if you knowingly signed up for it.
Fortunately you should be able to unsubscribe very easily.

  • got the voucher no worries, Gmail put it in Spam.

So everyone complaining have a look at your spam folders.

    • Im getting emails from Masters no problems, just nothing to do with the voucher. Just confirmation that they will be Spamming me from now.

  • Now just recieved an apology letter, acknowledging my issues, and stating I will recieve the voucher soon. Its a start.

  • Worked first time for me, 2 minutes well spent, thanks :)

  • Ok account registration is now working.

  • I need some 90x45mm MGP10 ( framing pine ) looks like they don't deliver it though.

  • Not working for me. Tried at work and now at home - tried three personal emails and my mums. All say i'm already registered.

It's a real bother to, as I was hoping to buy wallpaper from you.

  • Guessing this is 7pm EST? Link isn't giving me a subscription form.

  • Registered since this am and gave not received any emails nor code. Has just followed the instructions by their rep and registered again. Immediately received a thank u for registeeing but where is my code????

  • Just got a very fast response from masters 'online feedback help', thanks.
    hopefully voucher issues resolved.

  • great stuff!@

  • please mark as expired now

  • Do the codes that we already have still work?

    • @videoman

The code you got will not valid until you give + to the deal (o)…

      Just joking

The codes are valid until 26th September 2013.

      Have a good evening

      • lol I thought I had already voted.

  • i missed it, anyone not using it would you spare the code?

    • The codes are unique and won't work unless you're registered (and buy) using the same email used to subscribe to the code.
