Have had 3 orders from Manna Beans and always enjoyed the quality of the coffee - the freshness and volume of crema is ridiculous. Can I suggest though that the offers routinely specify what happens following the announced roasting & shipping days, given the expiry dates for the offer are always after the days you list? (And someone like me inevitably asks if the deal's still valid after that!)

Every order I have had from Manna has delivered fantastic coffee. I am going to order this one. I was intrigued by the description though , "Fully Washed and dried on patio".
I'm having trouble with the Brazil Samambaia Yellow Bourbon.
I'm continuously over-extracting it, which seems like such a waste.
I normally use grind settings 1 and 2 on my grinder, but this particular bean doesn't even seem to work with higher settings like 6 and 7.
Yes, this is quite a small screen size and delicate coffee which requires more careful grind settings. I found I need to be careful not to tamp too hard but once you've adjusted correctly it makes a great cup of coffee. This is probably one of the only coffees I've come across where I really do have to change my grind settings and adjust my tamp to get a proper extraction
I have ordered once through Manna Beans and was impressed. Tiger Mountain A coffee was so fresh I could smell the coffee just carrying the bag through the house after the courier delivered it. Currently working through some Vittoria coffee at $15/kg from Woolworths. It's very good, but not quite the same.
