Don't buy anything from Grays Online. Absolutely terrible customer service.
Aside from the fact that their response time is very slow, they also refuse to acknowledge any mistakes they make and push the blame to the consumer.
I bought a shirt that was pictured as a plain blue shirt.
The shirt that was sent to me was bue with white stripes.
I contacted customer support, sent them pictures, serial numbers, everytime they asked for.
A week later they finally told me that it was my fault and refused to reimburse me for the postage charges to send it back.

Hmm interesting, you need to enable paypal debit access from your grays account but that means it always deducts from your default account on paypal first which is always the Bank account :(, I always prefer using a specific credit card.

Awesome still works. Just a note it won't apply the discount properly if you use a mobile device to pay with PayPal. You need to use the full site or just pay with your credit card without PayPal.

Do not buy from Grays online. SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE. My friend was charged full price so she called to cancel the order within an hour & they said they cannot cancel it and that she should re sell the item on ebay. She spoke to 3 different staff and they were all being rude.

If the invoice shows a price and they charge you another price, all you have to do is send a faxed copy of the invoice to your credit card bank and they'll do the rest.
How could this happen when you could see the amount before you clicked pay button?
I'm guessing she picked the PayPal payment option which showed for me and many others the full price without discount. Either she didn't notice the total amount or she thought it would charge her the discounted price once the order was placed.

First of all the authorisation process: "I authorise GRAYS (NSW) PTY LTD to charge the applicable funding sources in my PayPal account for the future payments listed above". Yeah? But nothing is listed above? Is this forever? What is the price? WTF?
Secondly they don't respond to my enquires.

You can cancel the authorisation anytime through your PayPal account. You are missing out on some awesome deals here, I've never had any problems with them overcharging, and always received my items perfect, no hassles, all crazy cheap. I think these Grays deals are probably the best deals that come up on OzBargain, you can choose from massive selection at half price, not just what the retailers want to clear.

Had trouble with another retailer - one price listed when in PayPal, then get back to their website & new price appears - click on PayPal button thinking they'll take me back to the PayPal site and before i realise what's going on 'bang' - i've got it for the higher price. This kind of shite makes me a little paranoid…
