    • Same here, also if you press "forgot pass" it asks you to put your email address but doesn't recognise it…
Do we need to wait for a second email confirming that our trial has started?

      • Yer.. I couldn't get it to work either…

    • Yup, same problem here….is it just a matter of waiting for a while??

      • "At the beginning of each month during your trial period, you will receive an email notification letting you know that your trial period is active"
I also tried to log in but couldn't. Seems we need to wait until we receive the first digital copy…

  • thanks!

There are two short paragraphs in the description. Surely you could have read them first?

      Let me summarise for you:

Subscribers living outside of the United States receive their monthly trial issues in the digital format. Plus, as a special bonus, you will also have access to digital archive issues going back to January 2008 during your trial period.

At the beginning of each month during your trial period, you will receive an email notification letting you know that your trial period is active and that the new Professional Photographer digital issue is available to view.

I wish it was in PDF form, so I can keep it and read it on my tablet.

    • +1

So what format is it in, then?

        • Thanks for that, mate.

If you follow the steps mentioned below, would you please comment back and let me know if you were able to download the current magazine?

      • +2

Just been to the website and checked out a sample magazine of October 2010. You CAN obtain a PDF by following these steps :
        1) Click on the 'Print' link on the top of the magazine where you have the navigation controls.
        2) It now displays a screen with 'Print (Click on thumbnails below that you want to print)' on the top of the page. At the bottom, tick the 'Print all' button. and click on the 'Print' push button.
        3) It opens a new tab with a PDF document containing all the pages of the magazine. Note that this will take time to load. You can download this PDF to your computer.

        Assumptions :
        1) It worked on Windows 7, on Firefox 21 so I hope it will work on other platforms as well.
        2) Hope the 'Print' link is available to the current copies too.

        • Awesome! The Edition Duo service they use allows the publisher to disable PDF download or print. Hopefully they haven't changed that since 2010.

  • Thanks OP.
    Great find.

  • Cheers mate, registered for the subscription!

  • Whats the catch after 6 months had expired? Are you automatically registered for their paid service?

    • -1

Yes, and its paid for by the credit card you entered.

      • +1

It didn't ask for credit card details when I registered though.

    • Did they ask for your credit card number?

      • No

    • No credit card details are required. after 6 months, it will be canceled or you can continue paid membership if you wish to do so.

  • Thank you for the great deal.

  • Anyone with any luck logging in yet? Still can't seem to login with my current email address, doesn't even recognize my email address when I try to retrieve my password, just wondering if this is the case with everyone else here, or is it just me…contemplating using my other email address to see if my luck changes…

    • Same here.
I've emailed them about this problem.
Will post here once I get the reply.
