      28Mobile Warranty

Please note that all our products are imported goods and will not come with manufacturer's warranty but instead we will cover the warranty by our own company.

      What is covered
12 months parts and labor costs for the repair of a manufacture defect or fault of production, which resulted in the product malfunctioning.

        You are correct Sir.

          Worth reading Ts and Cs.

          • The warranty start upon your payment confirmation
          • does not cover Shipping fee back to our warehouse.

Q: where is the warehouse? What is the cost of postage? I've seen people get $70 shock for "return postage" from some vendors.

  • Promise 48 or 28 hours Dispatch no question asked.

Do I get the phone for free if you don't dispatch it in time?

    • It's free if they never dispatch it.

dont risk it. get it from harvey norman for $419. local warranty.

i bought the white nexus 4 16gb, used it for 2 days and then got a refund.
there is a bug in nexus 4, it cant read wifi channel 13.

    • Just been reading about it. Google has ducked for cover. Issue seems to be router specific.
What's funny is that nexus 7 is meant to be buggy too, but it's wifi leaves my iPhones (plural) for dead. Apple wifi with my router often fails and I reboot my phones daily to get wifi back. Someone suggested aircraft mode toggle - which works much quicker than a reboot. It works!

      • it didnt work for vividwireless home gateway modem and TP-LINK ADSL2+ Modem Router TD-W8960N.

Once it is connected to a WiFi network, it doesnt scan for wifi networks any longer. thats another bug that I found.

    • Harvey Norman is totally sold out here in Melbourne - does anyone have any news when they will get more stock?

  • I am looking to get a Nexus 4. I can not find any info about this company on the web. Its a new company, the facebook was only created in June 2013. As much as I love a bargain I can not risk saving a few extra dollars just for the potential to be taken for a ride… harvey norman looks the safest bet at the moment!
