  Just a word of caution - Deals Direct seem to be having issues with their delivery chain. Seemingly, the parcels are being sent out and are getting lost in transit. I had ordered a few things from them over the past couple of weeks - some of them arrived and some went missing. Good enough they have refunded but it's quite disappointing when you receive a coat and don't receive the matching trousers. I fail to understand how an electric guitar, complete with amp and tuner etc. can go missing.

    I've had pretty good experience with them particularly since each order comes with a tracking number so at least you can look up where it's at.
    Unfortunately I did buy so many things from there that they did have to query whether it was my credit card :(

    I'm having the same issue. No offer of a refund though - and the tracking numbers I have been supplied seem to be incorrect. I am finding it so painful dealing with their customer service - none of them seem to be the sharpest tools in the shed.

    No more Deals Direct for me.

      I ended up getting a refund. I doubt the 'missing' items were even sent. Something went wrong here.

        theyre definitely slow. some items i get within 3 days, others has been more than 10… one item with an aus post tracking id seems to have gone to aus post then never moved down chain, im still waiting for response on that one

  The DC boardshorts they are selling are an even better deal if you are one of the select sizes they have (~$12 delivered). Unlike the Ed Hardy shorts they are made with 9% spandex and are therefore stretchy (which is how all of the new big brand board shorts are being made) meaning they are much more flexible for surfing, swimming, etc.

  I bought the black "zilch" ones and am very impressed for the price, have since ordered a second pair.
