Hi everyone, I thought this was a pretty good deal when I went to purchase this in store last weekend at Betta Electrical at Knox City shopping centre. Wasn't planning to drop in, but they gave me the best price over all the other major stores (Harvey Normans, Myer, JB, etc.)
Pretty happy with the purchase and I thought I'd share with you guys. Just show's how much mark up the stores actually get when they say they are cheap.
I also ended up buying a fridge which was the best price among the major stores too.
That opens up some questions. Was it an EOFY special (was 30/06)? Was the fridge part of a package deal price (ie was the fridge discussed before the TV price was set)? I imagine that the fridge was part of the deal else you would have been able to drop the overall price lower when the fridge was added.
My point is that is this the stand-alone TV price or the price as part of the package with the fridge?
