"In the case where problems arise while using the device, you can directly contact the manufacturer."

Sure. They can also contact you. From the ACCC website:
"The seller also must not refuse to deal with a customer about the returned good and tell them to deal with the manufacturer instead."

Dodgey business trying to avoid warranty claims on products they sell. Best to not risk hundreds of dollars buying from them IMO.

  • I found their service to be good.

I bought a refurbished Asus laptop from them recently. It had a fault, but Roy was quick to reply to my email and said I could either return to him or return directly to Asus. I chose the Asus option. They sent a courier to collect the next day and returned it, fixed, a week later.

Seems like the laptop hadn't been tested properly by Asus after they refurbished it but that's probably not CFOnline's fault.

  • Good deal rep.
Officeworks near me has stock for $369, personally I think I would be inclined to buy from them for a new one. I know, not very OzBargainy spending an extra $40!

For a measly $40 out when youre already spending $320 , Id rather buy new and know everything is good and unused.

I would also buy from ow than somebody trying to fob us off already

    • Are you serious? You pos voted this because OW sells at a slightly higher price for a NEW product?

My god I don't know what goes on inside some people's heads.

  • hmmm, I'm not sure I'd want a "ref rubished" computer….
