GOT S2 is only an extra $5 at JB Hi-Fi and it would be in stock at multiply stores around Australia. You could have it tomorrow and not a couple of weeks away if you wanted it.

Besides you won't have to wait weeks for delivery as from Fishpond. One point is that Fishpond ships from New Zealand which adds shipping time and half the times they don't even have the stuff in their own warehouse even though they have it as ships from local supplier (supplier in New Zealand) which adds even more time to the shipping. It means the supplier in New Zealand ships the stuff to Fishponds New Zealand warehouse and then Fishpond forwards it on to you through international freight. Fishpond doesn't actually operate from inside Australia. So it doesn't sound like Fishpond themselves even has this Game of Thrones season 2 in stock themselves.
Just ask people who've ordered from Fishpond before just how long they take to get it to you.
Agree. That's a fair point hollykryten! When it was $26.97, I think it's a good gamble. Now that it is $39.95, I would get it from JB. But we are ozbargainers! $5 is 10% of the price. I'll leave it to you guys :)
If they update their prices today, I would think there is some kind of mechanism tracking number of clicks/orders but I could be wrong. Anyways, enjoy shopping :)

Anddddd its back to $39.95… the prices are most likely automated. Never been a fan of Fishpond, I'd rather pay more and get it from JB instead.
And as I said season 2 is currently only an extra $5 from JB with Australian stock and no wait for shipping. Can potentially have it in your hands tomorrow if you go down to the JB Hi-Fi store.
It's a case of buy from Fishpond and be waiting probably a month for delivery vs pickup tomorrow from JB for just an extra $5. I know which option i'd choose.
I've had a lot of problems with purchases from Fishpond recently and it has gotten to the point now where I refuse to deal with them.
The usual is that they wait a week or so and then cancel the purchase because they can't supply the item at the advertised price before trying to push me towards the same product at a higher price.

I got an email today saying season 1 had been posted but I'd ordered both so I checked their website and found that season 2 is expected to arrive to THEM between the 2nd and 16th of August.
I ordered these on the 10th… I'm in no rush as I've seen them before but that service isn't good enough. Won't bother buying from them again.
