    FINALCLEARANCE15 did not work for chinos which are already 50% marked down.

      Hey there, it should work on Chinos - i just tested it and it seems to work - try it again and see if you're still having problems - make sure you hit the 'Update' button

    Yeah I'm not getting the discount. It says it has been applied but the cost of chinos + delivery hasn't decreased. Might be a browser issue.

      Hi there, the price of the chinos should decrease but the price of delivery will remain the same. Delivery charges will be applicable to any order under $50.00. We've just tried the code on Firefox and Chrome without issues.

          Hi there, yeah sorry about the confusion. Each item is a single pack. So you need three in your cart for the deal to work. These are currently in a 3 for $20nzd deal, with your 15% discount that would be $17. Depending on the coversion rate that will be somewhere between $15-$14.50 AUD. I've just checked the screenshot and everything appears to be correct.

    Bought two pairs of chino and a hoodie, came to $65 AUD. The discount was applied at checkout but I don't think it was applied when I paid. Order number: 157559‏. Either way it is still a bargain :)

    For the Button Wool Melton Jacket, Do you have the measurements on the M and L sizes that you could list here?

    Just ordered a L but thinking I might need to have ordered a M, I'm 174cm tall but usually wear a bit wider shirts/jackets (104cm+)

      Hi there, if your chest width is 104cm then you will be fine with an L. The M would probably be so fitted you wouldnt be able to practically use it. The length though might be a tad longer than normal. Our models always wear M and all of them have chest size 100cm.

    Dave, what's the measurements on size XS and S for the Melton Wool Jacket?

    I'm 167cm and 88cm chest, so I might be on the borderline for XS/S, but I don't want it to be overly long on me…so XS you think?

      Hi there, 88cm chest is normally an XS. A small is suited for a 92cm chest and these sizes are more of a regular fit than a slim fit so the XS should do fine. Cheers!

    I got an email telling me that you ran out of stock even though I have successfully checked out on 7th(from your last deal) I was so disappointed.. But I asked the lady if there's any other jackets at XS, she pointed me to one this morning.. and I bought it! A few hours later you put up a code for 15% off everything! !         It was for the husband. I didn't take measurement of his chest, but shoulder to shoulder is 37.6cm. dont know how that's gonna help cz I never got the jacket, so i dont know how it fits.
        Maybe someone else who's gotten their XS could comment?

    Use with Caution!!

    waited over a week for my 'express' delivery to be sent only to find items missing. There was simply a note in the package to say that this item was sold out and to contact my local hallensteins?

    I'm also sick of the rep posting bargains only to undercut himself a week later. Be transparent and offer your best price straight away, this is how you gain respect on a site such as this.

    Don't post $50 coats and then undercut people a week later or at least offer discounts to those people who did buy on the previous deal.

    I've had it with hallensteins.

    Good sale but just note your total price. Mine was $55 then I applied the coupon and it came down to $46 for the products but because it was now under $50 it added $10 shipping….
    Didn't really need them but added on $4 socks to make it $51 with free shipping.
