      I wear a Button Wool Melton Jacket to work most days and have had other staff commented how good it looks. Sizes are slightly larger than standard, but are should be fine depending on how many layers you are wearing.

          i find that replying directly to an email from CS tends to get delayed, maybe it's a mailing problem. however when i cc the webadmin or orders email address under contacts they usually get responded too fairly promptly

          had a small fault with an item recently and they just asked for a photo and sent me a replacement. i got to keep the original which was quite wearable with some threadwork

          I have hand returned one in the past with no problem.
          Make sure you correctly fill in the return form and package it as though it were to be sent by courier. You can not exchange or get a refund directly at Mascot, but it will be processed in a few days. (I assume they then get sent back to NZ in bulk for processing)

      Hey there - model wears size M - he is quite tall at around 193cm. In terms of recommended size it's a hard one - i would suggest either S or M - if you usually buy a medium from other stores i'd say a small, if you're a small normally I'd suggest a XS

      If you don't mind waiting until tomorrow morning I can give you some measurements for the different sizes to help a bit more?

        Hey there, I'm probably not the best person to answer as I'm a rep - however the suits are good quality and hard wearing. They are made of polyester viscose (which is a common fabric in the under $500 price bracket) which is very durable, however it does have a downside in that it doesn't breath very well.

        Buying suits online can be quite hard - they're a bit more of a gamble than jackets/tees/coats/chinos so if you (or anyone else from OzBargain for that matter) buys a suit and wants to return it for any reason, we'll arrange the return for you, free of charge. Just email [email protected] and let them know you've seen this message and we will sort it for you.

    Sizing is really big. I bought an XS a while ago and returned because it felt about 2 sizes too big.

    Measurements for the XS I returned, laying flat:

    50cm chest
    87cm sleeve
    77mm length

      Hi guys, so based on the spec sheet recommendation for the jacket would be:

      If you border on 2 sizes you need to pick how you want it to fit - if you're a 102 for example a M will be a snug fit and probably won't be suitable to layer up with large jumpers, a L will be a bit more of a loose fit.

      If your chest measurement is:
      90-94 - XS
      94-98 - S
      98-102 - M
      102-106 - L
      106-110 - XL
      110-114 - XXL

      Sleeve Length:
      XS - 65.5
      S - 66.5
      M - 67.5
      L - 68.5
      XL - 69.5

    Wow, received my literally my grey jacket 2 days later. Placed order on Monday at 5PM, arrived home today on Thursday and it's already here. I am so damn impressed.

    They even included a good chocolate bar as a gift as well, and I'm not talking about any cheapo choc bar from the petrol station. This is good stuff, WILL BUY AGAIN FROM THEM IN FUTURE.
