      $5 discount makes it $173 (confirmed by adding to cart). so yes, the price is not $172, so why is it $172 in the title, and then "not $172" in the description???

        Almost had it.

        1. Take "eGlobaL Friend $5"
        2. Remove the capital letters: G, L and F; and then remove the "e", in "eGlobal".
        3. You are left with "loba riend $5", which is an anagram for "boner laid $5".

        ≠ $172

  can anybody vouch for the authenticity of their headphones? I'm looking at Sennheiser HD600s, which are $50ish cheaper than kogan.

    Yes they are genuine but they make up for the cheap price with their ridiculous shipping. Something like $50 which you cant avoid.

    I have read very very bad reviews about these guys. There is even a facebook site: https://www.facebook.com/TheUglyTruthAboutDwiDigitalWorldInt…. (I am not 100% sure EGlobal and DWI are the same, but they appear to be).
