    ON the checkout page where your Buy Now button is greyed out, click the CHANGE billing address at bottom of page. Add a fake US address, click OK and then buy the item. Go change your address back afterwards :)

      What happens when the fake US billing address doesn't match the name and address on file on your aussie credit card?. I guess the bank could suspect your card is being used fraudulently.

      So i guess every time you put a fake US billing address in you're risking the bank cancelling the transaction as fraud. I guess you didn't think of that.

        My billing address for Amazon does not have to match my credit card address??? I guess you didn't think of that.
        There are lots of deals posted where you need to use a US address - search this site for previous bargains where people have posted info on how to buy from Amazon US where a US address is required :)

        I can do one better…

        Get an Australia Post pre-paid 'Load&Go' credit card (you'll need a mobile). The name on that is 'VALUED CARDHOLDER'. Set up a new Amazon account using an alias (not a real person, or you can get into trouble…]. Pick out a random US address (such as '1600 Pennsylvania Ave NW Washington, DC 20500, United States') - that's the White House.

        The name won't match. The address won't match (the card won't even have an address, unless you gave it one).

        Buy buy buy.

        I guess you didn't think of that.

  I played this game on steam a couple of times, and some time into the game after atl-tabbing into chrome etc., the game would become unresponsive. Either the in-game 'resume game' 'options' etc menu links dont work (wont resume into game, cant go into options), or the game just wont open from clicking on the taskbar. This has never happened before with other games on steam. Is the problem with Steam, the game or my laptop?
