I've been looking to head over to Thailand. Just booked my ticket tonight for $834.36. Yesterday and for the past week, price has been a little short of $1,100.00. I booked in Sept, dates in Aug and Oct also available at this price from what I've checked - some dates not available. Don't know if it's Brisbane only or rest of Australia or how long it will be on sale. Great price in my view.

No, I booked directly through thaiair website. That site came up as $866.36
Take care which credit card you use to pay the fare. The Thaiairways website hits you up with a hefty overseas transaction fee that can take the gloss off things.
Never come across that before - always paid in AUD for Int'l fare (if using the AU site). I know thai domestic charge in THB which I then use the 28 Degrees card for those flights.
