    RRP is RRP.
    Doesnt matter if you've got 12 months left, or 2 months left .. its the RRP set
    whether or not the RRP is reasonable or not is another question. Obviously not worth buying a $13.95 product with 4 months to go, but at $0.5 - its a great deal.

      RRP is misleading when you don't currently charge that price. Are you suggesting it took them 8 months to reduce a diary from $13.95 to $0.50?

    Maybe, maybe not.. The expected decline in market value for a 1 year diary wouldn't be on a linear scale. Unless you're calculating its value for tax purposes.

        Actually, you can claim the full cost of this diary as a tax deduction so there is no need for a depreciation schedule.
