I tried snagging a deal on ebay for a 925, but that hasn't turned too well. If my money wasn't on hold from the seller I'd buy one from here.

Like I mentioned in the comments, I tried to get a deal on ebay. That bid ended on the 31st of July for me, the seller didn't send my items and I'm waiting for Paypal to clear this up.
In the meantime, I need to skip on all the deals for the 925 until my money is refunded :(
Sorry to hear that. You never know what you are going to get when you buy from ebay. I hope you win your case and get your money back soon. Hopefully by then the 925 may have fallen further in price and you end up in front.
Thanks. Yea, my first ebay incident. The seller has till Thursday to reply; from what I've read most people get refunded the day after if the seller says nothing, hopefully that's true for me too.
don't worry as PayPal covers up to 20,000AUD. all you need is disputing the transaction as the seller couldn't meet the agreement
