  • Damn, those Perth prices are exceptional - 8 cents there and $55ish back. Including taxes around $225 return.

I might just pop up there for a weekend, just for a laugh.

    • You must be looking at some of the expensive flights, I can see $171 return.

  • Just booked a return from Perth to Singapore for $201 inc taxes and everything! Great deal, thanks!

    • So this must be different to the fares above as they say its only Singapore _> Perth return not Perth _> Singapore return

That said it seems cheap but being on the east coast I cant judge west coast to Singapore prices

just a heads up, apparently with tiger, if anything goes wrong, and you need to get in contact with them, its very difficult…

I watch the news today on TV. Tiger is very nasty. They cancel or delay the flight frequently. Dont trust Tiger

    • Jetstar and Virgin are the same and that does not exclude Qantas!

At least you haven't paid top fare with higher expectation

    • Yes, that's correct! I flew with them more than 10+ domestic trip. Only 3 was on time, all others were delay or change schedule/cancel. Now I don't fly with them any more… no matter how cheap they are coz Tiger is not reliable. If you have connect fly for international then you could pay more than you though it bargain for.
Virgin is must better as I never got delay by them. They was on time with all my trips.

      • I've probably flown about 10-15 times Jetstar and 6-8 times Virgin one way and have to admit other than lots of small time changes (less than 30 mins or so, which i dont really care about) the worst that i've ever encountered is a time change on a domestic flight from roughly 7pm changed to 6:20am on Jetstar! Wasn't too happy about that, but overall the discount airlines have been pretty good in regards to delays and service. Admittedly though I haven't tried Tiger yet.
