  • For reference, I paid $294 for RS170 + extra headphones set (HDR-170) shipped from DWI earlier in the year.

    Amazing headphones!

    • Thank you for your Support!

Some good deals in there! Oh how I'd love the HD800…

  • Did you mean $1149 for the HD800 rather than $1049?

Decent deal on the Sennheiser IE80 if you love your bassy headphones.

  • Just be aware that DWI are a grey importer, and there's a fair chance that any purchase over $1000 (such as the HD800) will attract customs duty and GST. There are reports on Whirlpool of DWI (illegally?) undervaluing the shipment value, but a few people have also reported being billed by customs — YMMV. :)

Would DWI be an authorized seller of Sennheiser products?

From memory Sennheiser used to have a 2 year warranty provided it was bought from an authorised seller?

    http://www.minidisc.com.au/headphones-earphones/inear-earpho…

So whats the chances it will be a fake product?

    Pretty tempted

    • From memory - Sennheiser's website has a list of authorized and unauthorized dealers.

      • DWI are grey importers, so don't expect warranty from them.

        • Is the warranty international if from authorized dealer?

        • Saved me 269. There used to be lots of fake ie8's going around in the past. Can never be too sure :p

Haven't heard of other top tiered iems being faked though

        • DWI don't sell counterfeit Sennheisers, they sell many other types of legit headphones as well. Just don't expect any warranty though because they are a grey importer.

        • ah okies

          Cheers

    • Hi Jimmy6
We are only selling genuine Sennheiser Headphones.

Having trouble finding where the code section or page is before I buy. Im up to the "select shipment method"
Have I missed it, or is that where it comes up for the code?
I dont want to hit "continue" and find out I missed the code.
Any one verify when the code comes into play please?

Edited: it was about two steps afterwards. all good.

I have the RS180 and the range is amazing I get to go outside and barbecue without missing whats going on the TV

  • Very tempted with the HD800 but concern on the warranty issue. What is your standing DWI? Do you cover for return shipping fee etc?

  • hey rep, is there anyway i could get the $10 off code to work for the PC360's which are $199?

    • I am sorry pharcyde…that is really the best price we offered :(
and i think really is cheapest in the market

  • Well, normally my impatience wins out - but not this time.
Pair of RS170 ordered. Can't wait.

Well DWI - here's your time to shine.
Headphones received, buzz in right ear on first listen, printed out your form and sent back.
According to your above statement "If dead on arrival, sure we do cover." I should receive a full refund or a new item and you'll refund my shipping costs.

Looking forward to a positive experience from here.

    • Ordered Sunday night, delivered this morning - thanks for the speedy service.
Plugged in now and charging, can't wait.

  • Anyone have to experience with the HD219's? I'm looking for a sub $100 on ear head phones and was wondering if these were any good? I will be using them with my phone.

    • Yeah, im in the same boat, but i specifically want low profile headphones so i can still wear my glasses.

Tossing up between HD228 (they look kinda small), and the PX200 which ive tried and are perfect for what i need.
