      Not 100% confirmed.It was valid last time.Supposedly,it should be.

      Thanks for a specific and relevant link. While the p values are good, I would still suggest that the sample size is on the small. At least it was double blinded.

  Ironically, for people with IBS and other allergies these generic probiotics aren't really effective - there are more specific strains that have been proven effective. It's taken me a lot of research to find the one specific strain that helps me with my food allergy.

  These generic ones seem to be promoted as a lifestyle helper - eat/drink junk and take this pill and it will solve your problems.
