Good price for local stock! Managed to get the 13" a few weeks back and am loving it!

  pretty good price, nice lappy too (lighter than mba 2013, but batt life not as good), seems like jb have taken it off their website though if I'm correct but it was going for ~$1300?

  personally holding out for Vaio Flip 13" or Thinkpad Yoga, those will probs be quite a bit more expensive but fingers crossed.

  this is quite restricted in terms of opening the screen at angles, right? and if it's on your lap it looks like the screen digs into legs?

    Yeah the angle is at most 120 degrees and the hinge will dig into your legs a bit.

    A shame though, I had to choose the Samsung over this because I use my laptop lying down

      You missed a generation gap when comparing i's.

    I agree, if the fan wasn't so noisy, the temps didn't get so hot and with 8GB RAM, this would have been a great deal.

  I would jump on this though there is much talk about it's wifi issues and hot running temps.

    Just got mine price matched at JB (I got a black one too), and I had no problems with the WiFi.

    Hot running temperatures does seem to be a problem, although not to the point where I wouldn't recommend it to others.

      no wifi problems with my 11" vaio pro either. Maybe it's an incompatibility between the intel wifi card and certain access point chipsets?
