  • a controller is $57
    this pack: a controller + camera for $38…. O_O

Now… to find games that goes with it

  • Will this drop further with the PS4 to be launched before Christmas or is it as low as it can go?

    • Friend said it was compatible with PS4 so would that effect the price when it does come out?

      • Yep. They're compatible with the PS4, but since the DS4 controller will have the motion sensors and light built into it, along with a far better camera, I expect the current Move controllers will continue to drop in price.

        • Compatible with PS4 makes my decision easier

  • Wow, that's a great deal. The cheapest it gets in most stores is $55. Some good games for it: House of the Dead: Overkill, Time Crisis pack (includes other arcade games).

    • Yeah those are good but I tend to always have trouble with the calibration with those games. If I move the crosshairs away from the tv then back again, the crosshairs are waaaaayyy off

yay! thanks from my daughter :D

I already have 2-3 of the cameras…. but still cheapest way to get the controller!

  • Anyone else picking this up for use with the Occulus Rift? :)

  • Golden! Grabbed 2. Thanks OP. Have wanted to try this out for a while now. :)

    • …and just collected. =)

  • Pretty cheap postage too. Only $5.95 to 2000 or 3000.

  • I was about to pull the pin on one and then couldn't work out why as I don't think I have any move games and quite happy using the standard controller. Great price but don't think I need it. Must resist this time!

I thought ebay aus was cracking down on insane postage cost scams like this. It breaks the "Circumventing Fees Policy".

      • +1

Reported the item to ebay. It's clear from the description he knows what he's doing is dodgy.

        • +1

Report the frakker. There's no excuse for postage being $45, unless ofcourse he's delivering himself personally.

A friend of mine bought a camera few month back. eBay seller charged $90 on postage cost actual cost of $15. He filed a dispute on excessive postage and got his entire postage costs back.

Maybe this would make a good ozbargain then? Haha

        • ha, let's all buy from this guy and then dispute and get some super cheap stuff.

        • Oh my god, you guys are evvvvvvvvil! lol

  • Not sure if I'll get much use out of it, but for $38 it's sure worth a look.

  • Any tips of which games are the best to play with the Move?

    • I'd pick up the 'light gun' attachment (not the pistol, the SMG one) and get Time Crisis 4… not sure if it works the best but it would be the only one I'd want to play.

    • I've heard Killzone 3 with the gun peripheral is very good.

  • To pick up in store can I just use the email right after order not when it is ready?
I have work tomorrow and wont have time to go home when i get the call.
Would a pic with the phone work also, as we only have the laptop and we have to manually hook it up to printer.

    • This is Harvey Norman we are talking about. They are very poor at Customer service. I ordered a nexus7 a while ago and asked the online rep to make sure i could pick it up the same day. He guaranteed me it would be ready and then confirmed that the order is now ready to pickup as he called the store and spoke to the manager. When i went to the store, The guy looked at the receipt and said oh you placed the order today it wont be ready so soon. I told him to check but he said no it wont be ready so soon. It wasn't till I pushed a few more time that he went inside and got it and said oh i found it its ready. Idiot.

      • I got the call before I left for work.
It turns out I did not even need to show anything. I just said that I got a call for a pickup and he went and got it and i signed the receipt.
I would have thought I would have to at least show some ID

Not sure if anyone has found an easier way, but if you do a search for anything in the find it box at the HN site, then refresh the results page a few times you should eventually see a "Sign me up" banner at the top right offering $5 for joining their mail list. Can then use the discounts after getting the welcome email a few minutes later, bringing it down to $33.

    • You won't recieve the $5 coupon before this deal expired. Just forget it.

      • +2

The coupon code is emailed to you within 5 minutes of signing up, I used it last night to buy a move starter pack for $33 pickup. My wife also signed up this morning and bought a second one so we could get a cheap second controller.

    Hi guys,
I have a PS3 Move, along with a Kinnect and a Wii. Out of the 3 I think the move is the best. I've got a number of games for it, and here's the ones I'd recommend.

    • Sports Champions 1 and 2 (with accessory pack). Particularly 1 and table tennis. Very fun. You will really want 2 controllers (wands) for these. I got a cheap 2nd hand one from EB Games.
    • Killzone 3 with PS Shooter (the bigger gun that holds both wand and controller). Takes a good few minutes to get used to the controls, but once you do makes a great immersive experience.
    • Top Darts - Takes a good 10mins to finese the controls, but makes for a great experience. I also have the pool game, but I wasn't overly fond of it.
    • Sorcery - Is a bit kiddy, but it's insanely fun, and I'm in my 30s. Makes you feel like Harry Potter. Extra cool is the way the mana and health potions work. You shake them and drink them.
    • Children of Eden - Got it for $5. It's not my style of game, but it works really well.

Picked this up at HN today and noticed additional controllers were $25 so got an extra controller as well.

    • which store?

    • +1, which store please? also any chance you can post an image of the receipt please? I went to HN Dandenong and the best they would do was $42 each.

      • This was at Liverpool Mega Center (Next to Krispy Kreme).

  • Nothing left in store around me. Had to get it shipped. Used the $5 voucher and shipping was nearly free.

  • Back to $38 again.

  • I can't believe how quick delivery was. I expected it in a week.

  • Bought 2 and still have not received one! Harvey Norman keeps promising to contact me back regarding the missing starter pack but keep ignoring me! Worst customer service ever! :(
