Medion 31.5" FHD LED TV Now $199 (Was $249) @ Aldi Point Cook

120

Other Aldi stores near my location have the same price $199.

Please check with your local Aldi.

Good price for FHD LED with 3xHDMI and PVR function.

Bought it for the bedroom. Easy return within 60 days if quality is below your expectation then again hard to find $199 for the same spec TV at the moment.

8ms refresh rate.. compares to the other no brand name tv's at similar prices… eg the 40" for about $240

    • +1

and where would this 40" for 240 selling at

      • @JB with all their recent sales, eg 15-20% off TV's etc

        • +1

If you mean the 42" refurbished Soniq one, it's sold out. As for the 15% JB hi-fi TV sale, there are no items of 40" size around $240 as far as I know. The closest would be Soniq 40" FHD LED LCD for $349 and I'm fairly certain that item is not included in the sale. Correct me if I'm wrong

        • Last week I bought the Soniq 42" which after assembling did not tune any digital stations and the aspect ratio was faulty! I have returned it but noticed them back on sale. I would prefer one of these $240 40" models if they exist.

  • Energy Rating is below 3!

cheap TV , expensive energy bills

      • +6

if you run it 24/7 you may pay $20 more a year

since i would only run a tv say 2 hrs a day, it shouldnt matter

    • i have a sticker on mine that says Revised energy specs… this is like 5/6 in the old scale.

    • so is your vote count ;)

    • Mine uses 60 watts
Main complaint is the panel quality. HDMI through the computer is fairly bad. I can see now why they call it ghosting, as every moving white shape leaves a trail behind. That's kinda expected though at this price point.

      • you must be doing something wrong or the tv has a problem or you are using that faulty 0.99c OB HDMI Cable
I ran my AppleTV though HDMI to ours and it works great.

        • I have rocku3 connected and it is great

        • Can you read text clearly?

      • I also do not have a problem, I use an Adroid stick and it looks ok.

      • Try with different ports. I get bad lag when using any HDMI port but the quick access one on my Viano 32" FHD (from DSE sale a while back). Text is crisp. Use it for my PC daily; gaming, work, youtube…

  • I think this is the TV I bought at $249 and the pic quality is fantastic.
It was a cheap and fantastic TV for the normal price.
Plays AVI's via the USB as well.

  • They were 6 at Bondi Junction I grabbed one. Thank you.

  • I like the sneaky shot of it in the back seat of your car!

  • I got the 39" for $249 when Aldi opening in Forrest Hill-Vic. Great TV. attach WD 1TB and you can enjoy all numerous divX movies… fully supported by Harmony 650. However, cannot use Samsung WatchOn on my S4. 3 HDMI is more than enough for me. Sony Bluray and Xbox from OzBargain are connected with the HDMI cable, also from OzB. It's amazing when you realize that almost OzBargain's stuffs are connected each other on the same spot!

  • Should have paid with the 28 degrees :(. Bought it in july for 249, Aldi waited 60 days from last advertised to reduce the price.
Nice Tv, good picture. The remote, or receiver are bit dodgy, it has to be direct pointed to where is the led or wont work.

  • That's a true ozbargainer - Secure precious cargo before posting.
