Lomondo Extra Virgin Olive Oil is grown on the rich alluvial soils of the Cudgegong River just outside of Mudgee in New South Wales. Lomondo's 2013 early harvest extra virgin olive oil is our best offering yet and has just claimed a silver medal at the first show of the year. The dry conditions around Mudgee leading up to harvest have allowed us to produce magnificent oil, with a fruity, grassy start followed by a bold peppery finish.
Combined with Lomondo's award winning oil we have added Lomondo's Aged Caramelised Balsamic Vinegar which has been aged in oak for three to five years and is one of Australia's finest vinegars.
