    Lol, it looks like the integrated graphics in this machine is actually more powerful that the dedicated graphics card… What a joke, why bother? Its just a waste of space, silicon power and weight. Its only purpose is to deceive the non tech savvy customer into thinking they are getting a gaming laptop. Shame on Lenovo.

      Nobody is suggesting this is a Gaming Laptop. Where did you get that info or impression? Can't see it anywhere on OP's post info or website.

      The price for those specs aren't too bad.

      However, I'm not sure there will be many on here that can wash the salt out of their mouths to actually take up the deal (at this price & given the current situation).

        I know its not advertised as a gaming laptop, but theres no other reason for it to be included in the laptop other than to look good on the spec sheet to a non tech savvy customer. Its a joke. It adds nothing to the value of the laptop, and in fact takes away value in the sense of battery life, weight, and space, since it is already out performanced by the on board graphics. I mean someone correct me if I'm wrong here, but does this graphics card serve ANY PURPOSE at all in this build???

          It comes with 1GB dedicated video memory. So no need to share with the system memory.

    4GB memory with FREE upgrade to 8GB? This doesn't make sense. Why don't just put 8GBs of memory in the first place? Who wouldn't want to double the RAM?

    Also I am really getting tired of "dedicated graphics" shananigans. Seriuosly I think its time to come up with a new term for these.
