      Certificate issuer for www.tmart.ru is GoDaddy, whilst issuer for www.tmart.com is Verisign. One would assume that linked organizations choose same Certificate issuer. This doesn't disprove the association, however, the former is illegitimately displaying "Verisign Secured" logo.

        i'd say it is a chinese site located in china that is listed as a russian site and in russian for russians. cause they wanna buy stuff. check out tmarts regular site and the reviews of products- there are many russian reviews.

          I've never not received anything I've ordered (20 or so orders) from either the .com or .ru sites.

          so based on experience, and the fact that .ru orders come from china, I'd confidently assume that .ru and .com are one and the same.

      Thats a very good site. Looks like Tmart/FocalPrice/NewFrog all have similar issues :(. Dx gets a very high rating (despite the fact they used to have long delivery times…maybe they have gotten better)…looks like im out of luck for my first tmart order :(. Having said that im shocked iHerb has such a low score. Ive had zero problems with them in last 18 months (multiple orders)…

      Finally got a refund from Paypal after raising a dispute and escalating it to a claim. Wasted my time. Then they sent this email -
      "Dear Customer,Thanks for your email; it is our honor to help you.
      We feel regret that you haven't received your order for such a long time.
      Thus we have refunded to you.
